Why do I pay Resend?
Resend is the post office for your newsletter. LetterWP writes and manages your emails in WordPress. Resend delivers them to your readers’ inboxes.
The cost isn’t sending, it’s landing in the inbox. Gmail and Yahoo filter bulk email hard. Getting through means a trusted sending reputation, handling bounces and spam complaints, and following the bulk-sender rules. Every newsletter platform pays for this. Substack, beehiiv and Kit build it into their price or their cut. You just never see it as a separate line.
Here you see it, and you own it. The Resend account is yours: your domain, your sending reputation, your bill. We add no markup and take no cut. If you ever leave LetterWP, your sending setup stays with you.

Questions
What counts as a subscriber?
Everyone who is subscribed right now. Unsubscribed and bounced addresses don’t count. It’s about the same number Resend bills you for.
What if I grow past my plan?
Keep sending. Nothing stops and nothing breaks. Move up to the next plan when you renew.
Do I need a Resend account?
Yes. LetterWP sends through your own Resend account, so you keep your domain and your reputation. Setup takes about 20 minutes, and the plugin walks you through every step.
Can I use it on more than one site?
Personal, Growth and Pro cover one site. Unlimited covers 3. Need more? Email us.
What happens after a year?
Your plan renews so you keep getting updates and support. If you cancel, LetterWP keeps working, you just stop getting updates.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 30 days, for any reason. Email us and we refund you.
