How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or include your order number. You don’t need to give a reason.
What happens next
- We refund the full amount, including tax, to the card or account you paid with.
- Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. Most banks show the money within 5 to 10 business days.
- Your plan ends, along with its updates and support.
- Your subscribers stay in your WordPress database, and you can export them as a CSV at any time.
Renewals
Plans renew every year. If a renewal goes through that you didn’t want, email us within 30 days of the charge and we’ll refund it in full too. You can cancel anytime from the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt, so the next renewal never happens.
